In general, we are unable to accept prescription medication insurance for direct billing; however we are happy to complete a universal claim form for your prescriptions. Personal claim forms are also accepted. Please check with your insurance provider to determine which forms would be acceptable. We will keep your form on file for you and fill it out each time any of your compounded prescriptions are filled.

We want to make this process as convenient as possible for you. Often times we find that insurance companies will deny your claims at first, however after continued submittal they will begin to pay your claims. Remember the insurance companies work for you; do not let them intimidate you.

It is also important to be expedient and continuous with your claims leaving no gaps between months of service. Annual reports of all prescriptions may be provided, for tax purposes, upon request. Our trained staff members will be happy to assist you with any of your insurance questions.
